Clinical Supervision

Individual Counselling
& Psychotherapy

Individual counselling and psychotherapy services for residents of Ontario ages 16+. All services are offered virtually through a secure video platform or via phone.

  • Can include experiences of childhood trauma/abuse, attachment related trauma, experiences of sexual assault/domestic violence, and trauma experienced by first responders

  • Can include exploring your sexual or gender identity, exploring your authentic self, pursuing gender affirming transition, or transition related surgeries

  • Can include exploring racial identity/culture, attachment related trauma, relationship dynamics with birth/adoptive families, or exploring sense of self as an adoptee

  • Can include experiences related to the loss of a loved one, suicide related loss, or experiences of unacknowledged/ disenfranchised grief and loss

  • Can include experiences such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, or experiences of PMDD

  • Focuses on building a greater tolerance to distress and emotional experiences while building healthy coping strategies. Can support those with Borderline Personality Disorder

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision services for Master’s level students (ex. Counselling Psychology, Social Work) and registered professionals (including RP, RP Qualifying, or MSW). Can include individual or dyadic supervision.
Services are offered virtually.

Clinical supervision can be used to:

  • discuss the direction of therapy and the therapeutic relationship

  • promote the professional development of the supervisee

  • enhance the supervisee’s safe and effective use of self (SEUS) in the therapeutic relationship

  • ensure ethical practice while safeguarding client well-being

Jessica has supported Master’s level students in completing their practicums and registered professionals working towards required supervision hours. She understands the value of meaningful supervision spaces and hopes to support supervisees in cultivating professional and authentic therapeutic identities

Jessica uses her expertise and passion for trauma therapy to inform her clinical supervision approach. Her style is rooted trauma-informed principles, curiosity, and compassion. Jessica values ongoing learning, self-reflection, and creating a safe, supportive atmosphere for growth.
